Location
The Seabreeze Guest House is
centrally located and easy to find from where ever you are
traveling. The house overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Gulf
Islands on a quiet cul-de-sac along side the Richmond Dyke
trails. It is close to
public transport,
historic
Steveston Village,
the
Vancouver Airport,
the
Tsawwassen Ferry
and
Downtown Vancouver.

Depart Vancouver International
Airport on Grant McConachie Way

Take 2nd turn-off marked "Richmond and Airport South
terminal" |

Take first left onto Miller Road and first right onto Russ
Baker Way |
| 4. |
Follow Russ Baker Way south over the No. 2 Road bridge
|
| 5. |
Head south on No. 2 Road for approx. 10 minutes
|
| 6. |
Turn right on Williams Road
|
| 7. |
Head West past Railway & No 1. Road
& turn left at Springmont Drive just before the Dyke
|
| 8. |
Take 4th road on right onto Springside Place

From Downtown Vancouver
| 1.

Take Howe Street south out of Downtown
Vancouver and over the Granville Street
Bridge. |

Stay on Granville Street and go over the
Arthur Laing Bridge (approximately 70 blocks
away from Downtown). |
| 3. |
Take the first exit
after the Arthur Laing Bridge onto Russ
Baker Way. |
| 4. |
Follow Russ Baker Way south over the No. 2 Road bridge

| 5. |
Head south on No. 2 Road for approx. 10 minutes
|
| 6. |
Turn right on
Williams Road |
| 7. |
Head West past Railway & No 1. Road and turn left at
Springmont Drive just before the Dyke |

Take 4th road on right onto Springside Place

Heading West on the Trans-Canada
Highway (Hwy #1)

1. |
If you are travelling
west on Highway #1 from Alberta, the Okanagan or
Northern British Columbia the main junction for all will
be near Hope. |

2. |
Once in Hope, follow
highway #1 past Chilliwack and Abbotsford to Exit #66 in
Langley. |

3. |
This leads onto
Highway #10. |
|
4. |
Follow Highway#10 to
the exit leading to Highway #99. |
|
5. |
Follow Highway #99
through the George Massey Tunnel. |
|
6. |
Take first right
after the tunnel onto Steveston Hwy |
|
7. |
Turn left onto
Steveston Hwy and head west for approx. 15 minutes

8. |
Take second right
after No.1 Road onto Springmont Gate |
|
9. |
Take second road on
left onto Springmont Drive |
|
10. |
Take second road on
left onto Springside Place |

From the Tsawwassen, BC Ferry
Terminal
| 1. |
As you leave the
Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal you will be on highway #17.
|
| 2. |
Look for signs to
Highway #99 Northbound (approximately 7 minutes from the
Ferry Terminal). |
| 3. |
Highway #99 goes
through the George Massey Tunnel. |
| 4. |
Take first right
after the tunnel onto Steveston Hwy |
| 5. |
Turn left onto
Steveston Hwy and head west for approx. 15 minutes

| 6. |
Take second right
after No.1 Road onto Springmont Gate |
|
7. |
Take second road on
left onto Springmont Drive |
| 8. |
Take second road on
left onto Springside Place |
| 9. |

From Seattle
| 1. |
Take Interstate #5 all the way to the
Peace Arch US/Canada Border Crossing. If you
wish to make duty free purchases before
entering Canada, choose the Pacific Crossing
(Truck Customs). Once across the border,
turn left at the first traffic light and
re-join Highway #99 where indicated. (When
heading south you may make duty free
purchases on the Canadian side - at both
border crossing points.) |
| 2. |
Interstate #5 changes to Highway #99 once
you have crossed the border into Canada.

| 3. |
Follow Highway #99 until you pass through
the George Massey Tunnel (approximately 25
minutes drive from the US/Canada Border
Crossing). |
| 4. |
Take first right after the tunnel onto Steveston Hwy
|
| 5. |
Turn left onto Steveston Hwy and head west for approx. 15
minutes |
| 6. |
Take second right after No.1 Road onto Springmont Gate
|
| 7. |
Take second road on left onto Springmont Drive
|
| 8. |
Take second road on left onto Springside Place
